Helena Laboratories has a position available for a Device History Records Clerk - Quality Control Department.
Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Access.
Job Description: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Documentation Control Manager. Responsible for scanning, filing and logging Device History Records (DHR). Annually pulls and boxes and device history records and verifies all files are filed and correct. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
Education/Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
