Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and maintaining daily routes while overcoming scheduling dilemmas with customers and employees due to time or day restrictions and employee availability;
- Staying abreast of weather conditions through multiple sources to determine routes & other daily operations;
- Prioritizing customer re-treatments as they come in and assigning & dispatching field employees with consideration to size of route assigned to field employee and their proximity to customer with awareness to the remaining events for the week;
- Managing field employees by executing performance reviews and disciplinary actions, approving schedule requests, and recommending raises or terminations to management;
- Analyzing routes and employee performance to promote efficiency in the field through the use of spreadsheets;
- Maintaining awareness of and performing tasks in compliance with all internal policies, procedures and practices, as described in the Employee Handbook, all safety manuals, product labels, and other instructions provided by management;
- Staying in communication with the field manager to coordinate the scheduling of truck and machinery maintenance and repairs;

- the ability to work a flexible schedule (including overtime and weekends, as needed). Workdays are Monday through Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis.
Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting the following to management: equipment defects or malfunctions, out of spec material or contamination, safety issues or incidents.
