“The Max Louisiana Grill” located at the National Golf Club of Louisiana is seeking key management positions for its new facility in Westlake, LA. The five million dollar plus facility features a public restaurant with a fun, casual atmosphere. The facility is the centerpiece of the National Golf Club and West Trace Village.
“The Max Louisiana Grill” will offer a full range of lunch and dinner specialties with appetizers including . burgers and Po-Boys, traditional Louisiana faire, Specialty salads, quality steaks and fresh Louisiana seafood. Regional specialties such as Ahi Tuna, Louisiana Barbecue Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Gumbo, along with creative specialty items will also be featured in the concept. The Restaurant and Bar area seats 120 with an additional 60 seats on the patio over-looking The National Golf Club of Louisiana’s final hole.
The candidates should be high energy, creative, have a passion for excellence, and know how to deliver a quality product in a fun informal environment. Background should include work experience with increased growth in responsibilities in operations offering similar food style and quality.

Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in food production, with strengths in offering consistent quality in all areas of operation. Responsibilities include hiring and developing the management team; training and development of the staff; setting standards for all areas of the operation; and producing bottom line results. The position will report directly to the General Manager of the National Golf Club of Louisiana, and will work closely with the General Manager in developing marketing strategies and performance standards for Food and Beverage operations
Chef/Production Manager:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in food production with strengths in offering a consistent, high quality product. Responsibilities include hiring and developing the food production team; training and development of the staff; setting and maintaining standards for production operations; producing quality products and ensuring all quality standards are maintained. The position will report directly to the Operations Manager of “The Max Louisiana Grill’.
Salary, bonus, and benefits are commensurate with experience.
