OPENING CREW MEMBERS-MANY POSITIONS
“The Max’, an all new Casual Restaurant featuring Louisiana Cuisine in a sports environment is now hiring team positions for its opening in December. The Restaurant and Bar, located at the National Golf Club of Louisiana, features a full range of Louisiana specialties along with plenty of sports in a fun, casual atmosphere.
“The Max Menu will offer a full range of lunch and dinner specialties including Burgers, Po-Boys, Specialty Salads, Quality Steaks and Fresh Louisiana Seafood. Regional specialties including Fried and Blackened Catfish, Red Fish, Louisiana Barbecue Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Charbroiled Oysters and Gumbo, will also be featured along with a full line of Appetizers. The Restaurant and Bar area seats 120 with an additional 50 seats on the patio over-looking The National Golf Club of Louisiana’s final hole.
We are looking for candidates with high energy, creativity, and a passion for excellence, who are committed to delivering a quality product in a fun informal environment. Positions available include Lead Cooks, Cooks, Salad Cooks, Food Servers, Bartenders, Hosts/Hostesses, Food Runners and Kitchen Helpers.
