Customer Service Representative
TOMY International, Inc., a leading designer, producer and marketer of innovative, high quality toys, collectibles, and hobby and infant care products has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative located in Dyersville, IA.
This position serves as the primary internal liaison between sales support teams, retail partners and the company. Essential skills include a strong customer focus, exceptional communication and computer skills, ability to be a self-starter working independently and as a team. Must be detail oriented, possess interpersonal skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment. An Associate’s degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 1 - 2 years of previous experience in customer service is required.
